A series of cartoon episodes designed to instill the values of creativity and exploration skills in children presented by a small dog that always carries his magnifying glass and plays the character of the inspector, searches for the truth and discovers puzzles to answer young children’s questions about various environmental elements such as shade, heat, gravity … in a humorous framework.

In each episode, Inspector Bobby finds himself in front of a confusing puzzle, which forces him to use his magnifying glass to reveal the puzzle, then he begins to simplify the information in a nice, lovable and understandable way for children.
